Our location right next to a wildlife refuge is very unique
We are located adjacent to the walking trail in the Tofino Mudflat Conservation Area. This trail is a flat easy 15 to 20 minute walk that leads from Pacific Rim Highway to the mudflat. These extensive mudflats host the second biggest shorebird stopover on the West Coast of North America. In spring migration during months of April, May and early June, tens of thousands of shorebirds pass through the mudflats and right over our property. Leave your windows open at night during spring and fall migration and test your skill at shorebird flight call identification!
Bird and Breakfast
A newly constructed craftsman style home privately nestled in the rainforest and flanked by the protected bird sanctuary lands of Tofino. This property offers 2 private suites that will sleep 2 – 4 in comfort and an upper floor is complete with a full kitchen and sleeps five.
Early bird breakfast is served with the two main floor suites.
